Quick checks

  1. 1) Install / permissions — Re-open the install link and confirm the app is installed in your workspace.
  2. 2) Connect your account — In Slack, open VaultSage → Home tab and click Connect, then complete the authorization flow.
  3. 3) Try basic commands — Run /vaultsage help or mention @VaultSage help.

Common issues

I installed, but commands don’t respond
Ensure the app is installed in the correct workspace, and that it hasn’t been restricted by admin settings. If you’re an admin, double-check that the event and command endpoints are configured for the app.
Login/authorization failed
Open VaultSage → Home tab and click Connect again. If the browser flow ends with an error, copy the exact message and email support@nurie.ai.
Saving a file didn’t work
Try saving another recent file using /vaultsage-save. Also confirm you’ve connected your account successfully.
How do I uninstall?
Go to Slack → Apps → Manage → Installed, select VaultSage, then uninstall. If you need help, email support@nurie.ai.
